We only accept North American (NTSC) region games, systems, and accessories.
We only accept original (OEM) controllers made by the console manufacturer.
No, we do not buy digital games. We also cannot pay extra for systems that have downloaded games.
Yes—you can sell games without their cases. We apply deductions for disc-based games and for some cartridge games.

Contact Us page and we’ll work to add it.
No worries—we test everything on arrival. Any defective items simply adjust your quoted total per our Deductions policy.
Your quote is locked in as long as you drop your package off at the post office within 7 days of creating your order.
It doesn’t have to arrive at our warehouse within 7 days—just be dropped off within that window.
Shipping is free. We provide a prepaid USPS label for every order.
Use a sturdy box with cushioning (bubble wrap or crumpled paper) so items can’t shift.
If you still have them, include original boxes and packaging. Tape the shipping label flat on top.
Yes. Orders must total at least $25 to submit.
No problem—either split the items into separate orders or contact us and we’ll send extra labels.
Yes—email or contact us and we’ll arrange a local drop-off time.
We currently buy only from U.S. addresses.
Packages typically take 3–5 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
You can factory reset and sign out of PSN/Xbox/Nintendo accounts if you’d like.
If you don’t, we’ll securely sign out and reset systems before we sell them.
It’s rare, but if it happens please contact us with your order number and tracking. We’ll help investigate with USPS and work toward a resolution.
We adjust prices per our Deductions policy.
If deductions exceed 10%, we’ll email a revised offer; otherwise, we pay as processed.
If you need to change anything about your order, just let us know. We’re happy to help—whether it’s before or after you’ve shipped.
Venmo, PayPal, and store credit are typically issued within 1–2 business days after processing.
Checks take around 10 days to arrive by mail.
